Our Promise to You:

Your Role:
Strictly follow a daily schedule, interpret job sheets, and report back daily.
Apply your horticultural expertise to select, plant, and maintain a wide variety of plant species.
Oversee and participate in garden design, planting, soil amelioration, and plant care.
Perform topiary, hedging, and pruning to maintain the aesthetic quality of gardens.
Execute pest and disease control measures to protect plants.
Handle basic irrigation maintenance to ensure the health of landscapes.
Take great care of tools and show pride in your work.
Maintain exceptional communication with clients and subcontractors.
Bring a problem-solving attitude to tackle any challenges that arise.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of hands-on horticultural experience.
A diploma in horticulture is preferred but not essential.
Fit and energetic.
Quick minded with organisational skills.
The ability to plan in advance and adjust plans where the garden needs it.
In-depth knowledge of plants, soil, and sustainable gardening practices.
