We're Hiring an Experienced Landscaper
Wage: $32-$38 per hour

·       Listening to Instructions & Problem Solving: Take direction from the supervisor, resolving minor issues autonomously when possible.

·       Workmanship: Complete tasks with precision and high attention to detail, ensuring work meets Desert Flower Landscaping’s premium standards.

·       Punctuality: Arrive on-site on time and complete tasks within the assigned schedule.

·       Communication: Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to ensure tasks are aligned with the overall project plan.

·       Safety: Follow safety guidelines, wear protective gear, use equipment responsibly, and report any hazards to the supervisor.

Your Role:

·       Carry out landscape construction tasks such as planting, paving, and building structures and maintaining a clean site.

·       Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

·       Maintain the quality and safety of on-site work.

·       Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting our high standards of quality.

·       Communicating with clients and sub-contractors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·       Supervise and manage bobcat, excavator work, demolition, and site preparation activities to ensure efficient and precise execution of projects.

·       Review job sheets and designs, ensuring adherence to specifications and client preferences.

·       Maintain open communication and follow up with the designer, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project.

·       Participate in all hardscaping and softscaping projects.

·       Lead soil improvement initiatives to optimise plant growth and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Certification in Landscape Construction.

·       2+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping.

·       Ability to follow plans and execute tasks efficiently.

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Tidy and well-presented individual
