Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented landscapers.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

• Communicate directly with clients and subcontractors.

• Oversee and participate in hardscaping, softscaping, and site preparation.

• Problem-solve and plan ahead for material and resource needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of hands-on landscaping experience.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
